Personally though I wouldn't reccommend dry firing too much without snap caps. I know I spent like 20 bucks at GM for 5, well worth the price.

I believe the Laserguard LG-493 advertised on that page is made for the PT111 & PT140 which don't have the rail and it is not made for the PT145 that has the rail.
